You are not permitted to print and download extracts from this site. No documents or related graphics on this site are to be modified, reproduced, sold or stored in any other website without prior written permission from Made You Look!
Online bookings will be processed through Eventbrite and Thinkific and the transaction will be between You and Made You Look! Where a refund is available, any payment made using a credit or debit card through the system will be refunded back within 7 days either from Eventbrite, Thinkific or via cheque from Made You Look!
(If payment was made through PayPal for payment processing, the PayPal processing fee may not be refunded.) Made You Look! is not VAT registered.
Events booking, cancellation and transfer Policy
Onsite training: We regret that if the cancellation request is less than one week before the event no refund can be given. However if a new date is arranged we may be able to waive this fee. Please note all cancellations will be acknowledged in writing or email for your reference.
If bespoke preparation has been carried out on behalf of a client and training cancelled without the required notice, there may be a charge towards any work undertaken. If, however if a new date is arranged we will waive this fee.
Delegates who fail to attend on the day of the event and who have not cancelled with the required notice will be charged full price.
All requests and information specifically dietary requirements must be received with at least 48 hours notice in order for us to action them.
Training courses – cancellation and payment terms
Cancellations on courses we’ve organised and hired venues/food for will be 14 working days prior to course date or 50% charge of course fee will be incurred . Cancellations on courses less than 7 working days prior to a course date will incur 100% charge of course fee.
Purchasers will be provided with the opportunity to select an alternative delegate name to replace the delegate unable to attend. This will be at no extra charge and in this case a cancellation fee would be waived.
Notification of a cancellation must be received in writing and or email.
Payment for courses is required at least two weeks in advance of course commencement. Made You Look! reserve the right to refuse admission if payment has not been received.
If we do not receive payment within the stipulated time frame we reserve the right to cancel the course booking.
If Made You Look! need to cancel the event for reasons beyond their control or if the venue needs to change and a suitable replacement is unavailable we will refund the booking fee in full.
Bespoke Training Courses for larger organisations will require an agreement for payment in full within 14 days following the event.
Online Training courses & Consultations- cancellation and payment terms
Cancellations on online courses & consultations ideally 24 hours prior to meeting time but we are flexible on this

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or email, payment is due at the time of booking. Where exceptional circumstances are granted by Made You Look! and confirmed in writing or email to You payment will be due five days after the event.
Made You Look! reserves the right to levy interest on overdue payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 from the date payment becomes due until the date it is received by us. Made You Look! reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Services if you are overdue with payments at any time.
